We are currently looking for Debris Monitoring Field Supervisors.
Duties:� Reports to Project Manager (PM) or Project Coordinator (PC)
� Understand FEMA eligibility criteria and policies; Be familiar with all aspects of debris operations and monitor requirements; Read contract between Debris Removal Contract and Client; Coordinate, train, and orient monitors; Maintain field journal of issues, incidents, problems and ideas for improvement; Obtain maps of Area of Responsibility (AOR); and confer with PM and/or PC to review program procedures
� Attend morning sign-in of monitors, initial timesheets, review assignments and expectations
� Maintain contact with monitors throughout the day via phone and visits, respond to monitors issues immediately .
� Help coordinate, train and orient Monitors at PM�s direction
�Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: All candidates must have or be able to:
� Possess a valid driver�s license
� Pass a drug screening and background check
� Have a dependable vehicle
� Capable of working 12-14 hour day�s
� Climb staircases and ladders at least 10 feet
� Possess a cellular phone w/car charger
� Possess a credit card capable of supporting initial deployment requirements
� Must have a High School Diploma.

� FEMA Independent Studies Course IS 100.b (Introduction to Incident Command System)
� FEMA Independent Studies Course IS 200.b (ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Plans)
� FEMA Independent Studies Course IS 632.a (Introduction to Debris Operations)
� FEMA Independent Studies Course IS 700.a (National Incident management System (NIMS), An Introduction)
� FEMA Independent Studies Course IS 800.b (National Response Framework, An Introduction)
