Witt O'Brien's comprehensive dental/Vision plan allows employees to receive maximum benefits with no deductible for in-network services.

Long Term Disability Plan & Short Term Disability Plan

Disability insurance helps an employee meet continuing financial obligations if temporarily or permanently disabled. This benefit provides some salary replacement to those who are unable to work due to a non-occupational illness or injury. Witt O'Brien's also provides workers' compensation insurance in the event of a workplace illness or injury

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Witt O'Brien's Employee Assistance Program provides employees and members of their household with confidential advice and support in addressing a broad range of personal concerns and life issues. Coordinators are available anytime to listen or make referrals to local resources in the community.

Voluntary Term Life & Group Term Life Insurance

Witt O'Brien's offers income protection to our employees by covering the cost of life and accident insurance. In addition, employees may purchase supplemental group term life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their dependent children.

401(k) Plan

Witt O'Brien's 401(k) plan is designed to help employees save for retirement by allowing them to set aside pre-tax income, which the company then matches. Employees decide how the contributions will be invested from a broad set of investment options.

Paid Time Off

Witt O'Brien's currently recognizes nine holidays. In addition, we offer employees one floating holiday.
