We are currently looking for a seasoned Program Director to assist in the account management and growth ofour oil clients. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, proposing and closing the entire range of Witt O’Brien’s services and technology products to new and existing Oil and Gas clients.
Duties:• Drive sales in the assigned territory
• Identify new markets and partners for the company.
•
• Provide support and build relationships with our existing client base
• Participate in regional and local events, conferences and seminars
• Initiate and manage meaningful relationships with high-profile organizations, associations and small businesses in the region
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will offer:


• A minimum of 5 years of telesales and field sales experience, and a history of being a top producer in each of those years.
• Sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• New Business software sales experience including experience demoing software and conducting compelling face to face sales presentations.
• Detailed experience in prospecting, presenting, proposing and closing SaaS subscription deals.
• Experience in selling public relations, media services, and/or social media services.
• Knowledge of ICS, emergency management and/or crisis management.
• Ability to manage a territory as if it were their own company.
• Excellent professional references.
• Experience utilizing a CRM system (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc) to document all activities
